JOB VACANCY: Hire Administration Assistant

 Working for the Directors and the hire desk team we are looking for someone with excellent IT skills who can work on their own initiative and become a key part of the Fairfax Plant Hire team.

The role will include;

  • Contacting customers to obtain order numbers
  • Checking and inputting contracts onto the "Insphire" computer system
  • Chasing loss and damage claims
  • Checking and processing timesheets
  • Answering Telephone
  • General Administration

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00 pm
